We recently stayed at Holiday Inn Mexico Airport for one night before our flight. The hotel offered great pricing, proximity to the airport, and a convenient shuttle service. We were impressed with the delicious dinner and breakfast options, especially the buffet breakfast with a skilled chef. The hotel is also pet-friendly, allowing our Cavalier King Charles in the dining room and on the terrace. The staff was responsive and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and clean, providing a pleasant view. We were grateful for the crib they provided and the free shuttle service.

I checked in early, so I left my backpack behind and came back later when it was time to check in. At that time, they couldn't account for my bag, and I hadn't been given a receipt for anything or written down in the logbook. They told me that perhaps it had already been taken up to the room, but it wasn't there either. While we were waiting to see if it was in storage, we saw it on the floor with other bags, I think they were going to give it to someone else or at least take it somewhere else. When I asked for it, they gave it to me, which was fine, but they didn't ask for a receipt (for joy, because they hadn't given me one). But what if someone other than me had asked for it too? Would they have given it to you just like that? In the end it was just a scare, but I recommend that if you are going to leave bags behind, make sure you get the receipt and see that you write it down in the logbook. Thank you!

when asked about the European adapter for electricity, the man on the reception was very rude..told us to go and buy one and when asked where said he never needed one so dont know... then we asked the hotel concierge, he didn't have it either at first,but when we complained how its possible an international hotel not to have or can help us in such matter they did find one after short time.

The spacious rooms at Holiday Inn Mexico Dali Airport were a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed the modern decor and the cleanliness of the room. The well-equipped gym was an added bonus. The hotel's convenient shuttle service made getting to and from the airport hassle-free. we had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean and new, complete with a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets, and the breakfast was excellent with a quick check-in process.
